DESCRIPTION
It is an amber yellow wine, with a long bouquet reminiscent of hazelnut and curry. Very intense, the taste is almost dry, warm, broad, but still with a sour vein, with an aftertaste characteristic of wines with oxidative maturation. A meditation wine, it is served at the end of a meal, accompanied by dry pastries, dark chocolate or cigar.

AGRICULTURE
The planting distances are quite small (2 m x 0.85) to limit the production of each individual plant. The training system is espalier with guyot pruning, which requires the annual renewal of the fruiting canopy. The soil is fertilized in alternate years with composted organic fertilizers and worked mechanically.

REFINING
It has matured for four years in oak barrels used in the distillery, under a veil of “flor” yeasts.
